Following are current Retirement Systems turnaround times to complete a process or fulfill a request. Days shown below are business days. In most cases, the turnaround time is dependent on:
- receipt of a properly completed form,
- receipt of all required or requested information, and
- our internal process has attached the information, form or document to your account.
If you are mailing information, forms or documents, we ask that you allow 7-10 days for USPS delivery. We appreciate your patience as we work and ask that you do not send duplicate requests.
