Section 39.26. – Salary-Related Contributions: Effective July 1, 2023, the Employer Contribution Rates for TSERS, CJRS, and LRS are adjusted. Please see the table below for the rates. It is our understanding that RSD will issue Retroactive Rate Adjustment invoices (either positive or negative) for the impact of the individual adjustments on each employer dating back to July 2023 service. Please note, the new law also includes budgeted employer contribution rates for the year beginning July 1, 2024 (in section 39.26.(c)), but those could still change before next year.
